I have been working with Across Town Plumbing for about 4 years now almost on a daily basis. Regardless of the size of the job the Office Manager organizes appointments in the shortest time and most effective way. In emergencies, even in the middle of the night, they call back immediately and attend to the situation within minutes of the call.

Thankfully it wasn’t in the middle of winter when my furnace quit….but it was cold enough! Shawn came as soon as he could, diagnosed the problem and installed the new valve. I have a back-up heat source so we didn’t need to treat this as an emergency, and Shawn reflected that fact on the final invoice. Now I see they do drain cleaning - I’m going to call them again!
